Ten Flight Package
The ten flight training package is the same as the five flight package, except that it includes an additional 5 flights.
What do I get?
- Ten instructional flights with aerotow to 3300ft.
- All flying time included - up to an hour per flight (weather dependant).
- Three month temporary membership with the Gliding Federation of Australia (GFA), the governing body of gliding in Australia. This is your license to fly.
- Probational Membership with Southern Cross Gliding Club.
- Log book.
What does it cost?
The cost of the ten flight package is $695 including GST. This is a huge potential saving of $285 on flying alone, as equivilant flights at regular club rates would cost $980. Not only this, but the package includes membership, log book and learning material.
We also want to re-enforce that Southern Cross Gliding Club is a not for profit organisation, relying of the volunteer nature of its members. None of our instructors are paid - meaning at no time will you be charged for instructors time. This also means that when you become a full member of the club, you can rest assured knowing that you are only paying what is required to keep the club operational.
